  • Access to stored personal data is restricted to authorised Weightspace staff only.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, you have the following rights:

  • Withdrawal of consent: where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
  • Complaint: lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand if you believe your rights have been infringed.
